[Wittamer] Peche Minion

Peche Minion is one of Wittamer’s winter-limited cakes. It has a pale, soft appearance and a peach-forward profile that feels refreshing beside the Valentine chocolate lineup.

The fromage mousse is soft and mild, while the peach jelly gives the cake a clear, juicy center. It is sweet, but the finish is clean.

Compared with Cool Chocolat, this one feels much lighter. It is the kind of cake that works well when you want fruit and freshness more than depth and richness.
